Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully; by confirming an order with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

  1. DEFINITIONS:

    • "The Company" refers to Guano Crazy Printing.
    • "The Customer" refers to the person, firm, company, organisation, or corporation purchasing the goods.
    • "Goods" refers to the articles or things (including work to be done or services to be supplied) described in the order.
    • "Order" refers to the order placed by the Customer for the supply of goods.
  2. GENERAL:

    • All estimates are made and all orders are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions.
    • No additions or variations shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
  3. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS:

    • All goods are sold subject to reasonable availability of materials.
    • The Company reserves the right to substitute materials, components, and units without notice.
    • All drawings, weights, dimensions, and specifications issued are approximate and do not form part of any contract.
  4. CATALOGUES & ADVERTISING MATERIALS:

    • Catalogues, brochures, price lists, and advertising materials are only indicative of the goods and services offered and are subject to change without notice.
  5. PRICE VARIATION:

    • Estimates are based on current costs of production and materials and may be amended if costs rise after acceptance of an order.
    • All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  6. ORDERS:

    • The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse orders.
    • Orders must include all necessary information, artwork, or other materials to proceed.
    • Price adjustments may be made if delays occur due to incomplete information.
  7. PRELIMINARY WORK:

    • All work carried out, including experimental work, at the Customer’s request shall be charged accordingly.
  8. COPY & PROOFS:

    • Additional charges may apply if the copy supplied is unclear or unsuitable.
    • Proofs may be submitted for approval, and the Company is not liable for errors not corrected by the Customer.
    • A movement discrepancy of up to 4cm between prints and proofs is possible.
  9. SAMPLES:

    • Samples are charged upfront but can be refunded if returned within 2 weeks at the Customer’s expense.
    • If used for the final job, sample costs will be deducted from the order.
    • A 75% refund applies to returned samples not used for production.
    • Printed samples can be ordered for quality assurance before bulk orders.
  10. CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY & MATERIALS SUPPLIED:

  • The Company is not responsible for loss or damage of the Customer’s property.
  • Materials supplied by the Customer must be suitable for production.
  1. DELIVERY:
  • Delivery times are estimates only; the Company is not liable for delays.
  • Expedited delivery may incur additional charges.
  • If work is suspended due to the Customer’s fault, additional storage and handling costs may apply.
  1. VARIATIONS IN QUANTITY:
  • For bulk orders exceeding 1,000 units, a margin of 5% over or under the order quantity is allowed and will be charged accordingly.
  1. DAMAGE, SHORTAGE, OR LOSS IN TRANSIT:
  • The Company must be notified in writing within 3 days for damage/shortages and within 7 days for loss.
  1. QUALITY & FITNESS:
  • The Company is not liable for any defects unless notified within 3 days of receipt of goods.
  1. RETURNS:
  • Returns are only accepted if the product quality does not meet the agreed proof or sample.
  • Sample garments are non-returnable.
  • Unprinted/embroidered stock cannot be returned after 28 days.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to non-printed returns.
  1. PAYMENT:
  • Payment in full is due at the end of the month following the month of delivery.
  • Goods remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
  1. OVERDUE ACCOUNTS:
  • Interest of 2% per month may be charged on overdue accounts.
  • Debts may be assigned to a third party at the Customer’s cost.
  1. FORCE MAJEURE:
  • The Company is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
  1. COLOUR & PRINT QUALITY:
  • Colour variations may occur due to different print techniques and materials.
  • Customers should supply Pantone references from official books rather than digital sources.
  • Print techniques vary across different garment colours and materials.
  • Printed samples are recommended for quality assurance.
  1. ONLINE ORDERS:
  • Customers are responsible for securing their login details.
  • The Company is not liable for unauthorised purchases made via the Customer’s account.
  1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE:
  • The Company shall not be required to print any material deemed illegal, defamatory, or in violation of proprietary rights.
  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any material provided.
  1. GOVERNING LAW:
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
