Delivery Options

Guano Crazy Printing creates made-to-order products, and production time is usually 1 - 3 Weeks depending on the size of your order. Once produced, the following delivery options are available:

Collection / Drop Off - This is only available for local orders or should be disccused prior to selecting this as an option. If after the order is produced and shipping is required, an invoice with the relevant shipping method will be applied. 

EVRI - This is usually good for smaller orders as its a cheaper alternative to the usual courier option. 

Parcelforce 24 - This is our standard courier option and is usually a 24 hour service from collection. 

International Delivery

The price is dependent on the delivery address, box size, and weight. Please contact us for a quote on any international order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is booked for delivery an email will be sent to you with Tracking Information

Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery hasn't arrived on the expected day, please contact us, and we will find out what's going on. Please have your order number handy when you call.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Guano Crazy Printing is committed to the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Please read our terms and conditions and returns policy before placing an order.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Our products are custom-made, so we can only offer returns/refunds if:

  1. The product does not match the order, or

  2. The product is faulty

If the product(s) delivered do not match your order, please contact us via email at info@gcprinting.co.uk outlining the problem, and we will arrange the return or replacement of the said goods. Please remember to include your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.

If the goods have a problem relating to quality, such as a misprint or a fault on a garment, then a photograph and description of the problem should be emailed to info@gcprinting.co.uk for our customer services team to assess. In the unlikely event that a solution cannot be found, the items can be returned.

Inspection Process

We cannot take any action on an order until all of the goods are returned to Guano Crazy Printing for inspection. Following the return of the goods, a thorough assessment will take place, after which Guano Crazy Printing will deem whether the return is valid or not.

If the issue is related to a production error at Guano Crazy Printing, a reprint of the goods may be offered. Because every product is custom-made, if the order has already been produced, Guano Crazy Printing retains the right to solely offer a reprint as a resolution.

Order Cancellations

A refund will only be offered if an order is canceled before any work has been undertaken by Guano Crazy Printing. If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer services on 01452 308145 as soon as possible. 

If an order has been placed and subsequently produced by Guano Crazy Printing, a refund will not be offered as the goods are custom-made and cannot be resold.

Reporting Issues

Any problem with an order should be outlined within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Failure to inform Guano Crazy Printing of an issue within 24 hours will mean the order is deemed to have been accepted and checked.

We do not accept returns on samples or sample packs.

Delivery Disclaimer

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods. We also cannot accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer due to any action or inaction by Guano Crazy Printing or any agent acting on our behalf.
